Login and note your LGB Customs Brokers US mailing address.
Use the LGB Customs Brokers US mailing address as your shipping address when making your online purchases.
Purchase goods from major retailers worldwide and benefit from sale and other discounts.
Your LGB Customs Brokers address may be given to your family and friends to send purchases to you.
Login to your LGB Customs Brokers account and pre-alert us of your intended purchases to speed up package processing.
LGB Customs Brokers will receive your package at our warehouse in Florida and freight it to you in Jamaica via air or sea.
As soon as the package has arrived in Jamaica, LGB Customs Brokers will effect clearance for you.

Processing Fees

$250.00 is charged on orders UNDER $50 USD
$750.00 is charged on orders OVER $50USD

Other Fees

$1500 Oversize Fee will be charged on item with dimensions greater than 60 inches
Television packaging cost $6000

Customs Fee

Packages deemed by Customs as intended for personal use, valued in excess of $50.00 (C.I.F.) may be subject to Customs Duty Charges.

What kind of items can I ship?

At LGB Customs Brokers you can ship anything your heart desires, don’t worry about the size, the value or if the item is not coming from the US, whether it’s a motor vehicle from Japan or a full container load from the UK, we can handle the clearance.

How will LGB Customs Brokers know the package belongs to me?

As soon as you complete your registration, we will assign a mailbox number to you. You will use this box number with your name and our address as the shipping address. Once any package arrives we will see your name and mailbox number on it. We will notify you by email and you will also see the package on your account.

Should I notify LGB Customs Brokers of any incoming packages?

You do not have to notify us of any incoming packages. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive the package at our warehouse.

What type of payment does LGB Customs Brokers accept?

We accept cash, online transfers, major debit and credit cards.

What if I don't have a credit card?

We got you covered, we charge 5% of the total value of your intended purchase which also includes shipping from your online store to our warehouse in Florida. Please note that payment has to be made in advance in order to use our card before any purchases are made.

Should invoices be sent after making an order?

Yes, all invoices should be uploaded to our website by signing into your LGB Customs Brokers Account and attach your invoice. Jamaica Customs require invoices in order to determine customs duties.

When is customs duties charged?

Customs duties are charged on items that values $50.00 USD or more. See duty calculator for more info.
